摘要
目的:比较广场舞和普拉提练习提高中老年女性抗跌倒能力的影响效果。方法:选取32名中老年女性随机分为广场舞组和普拉提组。对2组受试者进行12周的练习干预。练习干预前后分别对受试者进行1次动态平衡能力、静态平衡能力、核心肌力及下肢柔韧性指标的测试。动态平衡能力测试选取总稳定指数、平均轨迹差、稳定指数、执行时间等指标。静态平衡能力测试选取4种站姿的多项平衡指标,结合核心肌力和下肢柔韧性的测试,共同来评价受试者的平衡能力。结果:练习干预后,普拉提组和广场舞组的动态、静态平衡能力和核心力量指标显著优于干预前(P<0.05);普拉提组的核心力量、下肢柔韧性和动态平衡能力提高更显著(P<0.05)。结论:广场舞和普拉提练习可以改善中老年女性的动态、静态平衡能力和核心力量;普拉提练习对中老年女性核心力量、动态平衡能力和下肢柔韧性的改善效果更好;普拉提练习可作为广场舞练习提高抗跌倒能力的一种有效的补充手段。
Objectives : The study was designed to compare the effect of square dance and Pilates on improving the fall prevention of middle-aged and elderly women. Methods: Thirty-two middle-aged and elderly women were selected and divided into square dance group and Pilates group randomly. The subjects from two groups finished 12- week exercise intervention. Subjects were tested for dynamic balance, static balance, core strength and lower limb flexibility respectively before and after the exercise intervention. The total stability index, average trace error, stability index, test time execution and other indicators were selected in the test of dynamic balance. The multiple balance indicators of four standing postures were selected in the test of static balance that combined with the test of the lower Limbs flexibility and core strength to evaluate the balance of the subjects. Results: After the intervention, the dynamic, static balance and core strength indicators of Pilates group and square dance group were significantly better than those before the intervention (P <0.05 );the core strength, lower limb flexibility and dynamic balance of Pilates group were improved more than those of square dance group ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Both Pilates and square dance can improve the dynamic, static balance and core strength of middle-aged and elderly women. Pilates have a better effect on improving the core strength, dynamic balance and lower limb flexibility of middle-aged and elderly women;and it can be used as an effective supplement to square dance to improve the fall prevention.
