摘要
以‘夏波蒂’马铃薯品种为材料,进行了5种不同生物有机肥对马铃薯产量和品质的影响试验,旨在研究出适宜榆林的有机肥替代化肥技术,为本区域马铃薯生产中化肥减施提供理论依据。试验结果表明,5种有机肥处理均较对照产量增加,其中处理1(底肥加施黄腐酸有机肥10 kg·667 m^-2)和处理2(底肥加施生命源螯合肥25 kg·667 m^-2)增加产量效果明显,分别较对照增产72.60%和62.92%;与对照相比,有机肥处理都能提高马铃薯株高,增加单株结薯个数,但商品率降低,建议马铃薯生产中施用有机肥时应适当降低种植密度。同时,底肥增施生物有机肥均可增加薯块蛋白质含量,降低还原糖含量;除黄腐酸肥料外,其他生物有机肥处理可增加薯块中干物质和淀粉含量,施用有机肥对薯块维生素C含量影响不大。所以,施用生物有机肥可以提高马铃薯加工品质。
The effects of five different bio-organic fertilizers on the yield and quality of potato were studied, and‘Shepody'potato cultivar was used as material in this study, aiming at finding out a suitable technology for replacing chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers in Yulin and providing a theoretical basis for reducing chemical fertilizer application in potato production in this region. The results showed that the yields of five organic fertilizer treatments were higher than that of the control, among which treatment 1(base fertilizer plus fulvic acid organic fertilizer 10 kg/667 m^2) and treatment2(base fertilizer plus life source chelating fertilizer 25 kg/667 m^2) increased the yields significantly by 72.60% and 62.92% respectively. Compared with the control, organic fertilizer treatments could increase the plant height and the number of potatoes per plant, but the commodity rate decreased. Base fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer could increase protein content and reduce sugar content in potato tubers, and other bio-organic fertilizer treatments could increase dry matter and starch contents in potato tubers except fulvic acid fertilizer, while the content of vitamin C in potato tubers was less affected by organic fertilizer. Therefore, the application of bio-organic fertilizer could improve the quality of potato.
