摘要
将机器视觉应用于塑料制品表面质量自动检测系统,提高系统的检测精度和效率,能够满足工业化生产任务的需求。对塑料制品表面质量检测系统进行了硬件系统设计及开发,在此基础上进行图像处理系统的构建。对图像处理快速傅氏变换(FFT)算法进行研究,将此算法和高斯滤波结合起来进行图像处理,并在此基础上对图像的瑕疵区域进行检测和结果输出。通过实验论证,该系统能够精确进行塑料产品表面质量检测,完成自动线检测分拣任务。
The application of machine vision to the automatic detection system of surface quality for plastic products could improve the detection precision and efficiency of the system and met the requirement of industrial production task.The hardware system design and development of the surface quality detection system for plastic products were designed and developed.On this basis,the image processing system could be established.The image processing fast fourier transform(FFT)algorithm was researched.Meanwhile,the algorithm was combined with Gaussian filter to process the image.On this basis,the defective area of the image was detected and the result was produced.Through the verification of the experiment,this system could accurately detect the surface quality of plastic products and complete the task of automatic production line detection and sorting.
