摘要
在塑料瓶回收利用中,需要把不同颜色的塑料瓶分类,传统的人工分拣方法效率低下、成本高昂。提出一种基于计算机视觉的塑料瓶颜色识别和分拣系统,通过高性能电荷耦合元件(CCD)摄像头获取塑料瓶的图像,对所获图像进行处理以得到塑料瓶的中心点以及颜色信息、将中心点及颜色信息通过串口发送给下位机,下位机根据这些信息控制气动分离装置分拣不同颜色的塑料。实验结果表明:该系统测量结果准确,响应速度快,理想情况下可以实现不同颜色的塑料瓶100%的分离。
In the recycling process of the plastic bottles,the bottles will be separated according to their colors.The traditional manual sorting method is costly and inefficient.A high-efficiency system to recognize and to automatically sort the waste plastic bottle according to their colors is presented in this paper.The system is based on computer vision.Firstly,the images are captured by a high-performance charge coupled device (CCD) camera;and then the center point and color information of the bottle will be obtained which will be sent to the lower computer in the next step; finally these bottles will be separated according to the colors by the pneumatic separation device.The experimental results show that the accurate measurement and the high response rate are implemented.In the ideal case,the 100% separation of the various colors plastic bottles will be achieved.
