摘要
计算机技术的发展,加快了工业智能化建设进程。计算机视觉技术以计算机代替人眼,实现对目标产品的自动化分拣,不仅解决了传统人工检测的弊端,还提升了企业的生产效率。文章综述了计算机视觉技术的流程和原理,并列举了计算机视觉技术在产品缺陷检测、尺寸检测及颜色检测中的应用,据此提出未来计算机视觉技术在外观检测方面的发展方向。
The computer vision technology replaces"human eyes"with computers to realize automatic sorting of target products,which not only eliminates the shortcommings of traditional manual inspection,but improves the production efficiency of enterprises.This paper summarizes the process and principle of computer vision technology,and introduces its application practices in product defect detection,size detection and color detection,and puts forward its development direction in appearance detection in the future.
