摘要
为实现塑料螺母尺寸高精度检测,应用基于非下采样轮廓波(NSCT)的亚像素角点提取算法确定塑料螺母对边长和对角长亚像素距离,结合实际尺寸得到精准像素当量值,并建立塑料螺母直径与像素当量数学关系,解决了塑料螺母对边和对角尺寸测量精度问题。应用拟合后数据对4种不同尺寸螺母进行检测试验。试验表明:与人工检测和Harris角点检测相比,该检测方法在不同尺寸塑料螺母检测中具有高精度等优点,具有一定的实用价值。
In order to realize the high-precision detection of plastic nut size,this paper applies a sub-pixel corner point extraction algorithm based on non-subsampled contourlet(NSCT)in determining the sub-pixel distance between the side length and the diagonal length of the plastic nut,which is accurate with the actual size.The pixel equivalent value and the mathematical relationship between the diameter of the plastic nut and the pixel equivalent are established,and the measurement accuracy of the edge and diagonal dimensions of the plastic nut is solved.Four different sizes of nuts are tested using the fitted data.The experiment shows that compared with the manual detection and the Harris corner detection,the detection method has the advantages of high precision in the detection of different sizes of plastic nuts,and has certain practical value.
