聚乙烯管材寿命预测方法研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 由于长期受到温度、氧气和应力等外界因素影响,埋地聚乙烯燃气管材容易出现韧性、脆性及材料老化等失效现象,使管材无法达到预先设计的使用寿命。针对管材的使用寿命进行有效评价一直是保障管材安全运行的关键指标。本文综述了三种常用的聚乙烯管材寿命预测评价方法:长期静液压试验、循环载荷试验和老化试验,详细介绍了三种评价方法的优缺点,并对该领域未来的发展提出了展望。 Due to long-term effects of external factors such as temperature,oxygen and stress,buried polyethylene gas pipes were prone to express failure phenomena,such as,toughness,brittleness and aging of materials,making the pipe unable to reach the pre-designed service life.Effective evaluation of the service life of pipes was always a key indicator to ensure the safe operation of pipes.Three commonly used methods for predicting the life of polyethylene pipes was reviewed in this paper,which were long-term hydrostatic test,cycle load test and aging test.The advantages and disadvantages of this three evaluation methods were introduced.Finally,the future development of this field was prospected.
