风载作用下悬索桥吊索腐蚀疲劳寿命分析 被引量:6

摘要 悬索桥的吊索在运营期间的安全是桥梁结构安全的最重要条件之一。根据与外部环境接触的先后顺序及破坏的先后顺序,将拉索钢丝的锈蚀演化过程描述为4个不同的阶段,同时在桥梁抖振时程分析基础上,模拟出脉动风作用下东海某跨海悬索桥1号吊索的应力响应时程并探讨了风载作用下的腐蚀疲劳寿命。结果表明:在高风速作用下,吊索构件的应力幅相应较大,钢丝体腐蚀疲劳效应明显。因此在运营过程中,强风作用下吊索的损伤应受到重视;低风速作用时腐蚀疲劳损伤非常小,由于日常风速大多在10m/s以下,可认为吊索在日常风荷载作用下具有足够的疲劳可靠性。 The safety of hangers of suspension bridge during operation is one of the most important factors, based on the sequence of contact with the external environment and the destruction order, the evolution of corrosion of cable wire is described as four stages, while based on the accurate bridge buffeting analysis of time history, the time history of stress of a suspension bridge hanger is simulated, and the hanger' s corrosion-fatigue life is also calculated. The results indicate that under high wind speed, the hanger's stress amplitude corresponds large and the corrosion fatigue effects are significant, so during the operation, the strong wind should be taken seriously. While the low wind speed, its corrosion fatigue damage is very small, as most daily wind speeds are below 10 m/s, the hanger can be considered adequate fatigue reliability under daily wind action.
