摘要 采用啤酒盖垫片专用聚乙烯(PE)粒料,利用热分析技术分别在空气和氮气气氛下对PE粒料进行了研究。结果表明,空气气氛下PE样品在主链大分子分解前有一个明显的氧化失重阶段,这是PE材料中甲基支链、烷基支链和碳碳双键等易氧化组分的氧化分解阶段,失重率约有6.64%。分别在350、340、330、320、310℃下对PE样品进行恒温,研究温度与氧化失重的时间关系。并最终通过经典老化寿命方程推测常温下PE易氧化组分氧化失重50%时的寿命约为33 a。 The special polyethylene (PE) pellets tor beer cap spacers were studied by mermal anatysis technique in air and nitrogen atmosphere. The results show that PE samples have an obvious stage of oxidation weight loss before the backbone decomposition under the air with the rate of weight loss about 6.64% , which is the oxidative decomposition stage of easily oxidized components of PE material such as branched chains of methyl and alkyl, carbon-carbon double bonds and so on. Additionally, the relationship between temperature and the oxidation weight loss of PE was studied under temperatures of 350/340/330/320/310 ℃. Finally, when the weightlessness of oxidizing components of PE is 50%, the lifetime is about 33 years at room temperature according to the classic aging equation.
