摘要
目的探讨孕产妇产前检测中免疫学检验的临床应用价值.方法 95例孕产妇作为研究对象,根据孕前检测方式不同分为对照组(47例)和观察组(48例).对照组只接受常规产前检测,观察组在对照组基础上采用免疫学检验.比较两组孕产妇满意度及围生期不良事件发生情况.结果对照组孕产妇满意度为80.9%,观察组孕产妇满意度为95.8%,观察组孕产妇满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组孕产妇围生期不良事件发生率为8.3%,对照组孕产妇围生期不良事件发生率为25.5%,观察组孕产妇围生期不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在产前检测中进行免疫性学检验能够帮助孕产妇发现影响母婴安全的风险因素,降低围生期不良事件发生率,值得深入探讨,广泛应用.
Objective To discuss the clinical value of immunological test in antenatal examination of pregnant and lying-in women. Methods A total of 95 pregnant and lying-in women as study subjects were divided by different methods of antenatal examination into control group (47 cases) and observation group (48 cases). The control group received conventional antenatal examination only, and the observation group received immunological test on the basis of the control group. The satisfaction rate of pregnant and lying-in women and occurrence of perinatal adverse events in two groups was compared. Results The satisfaction rate of pregnant and lying-in women in the control group was 80.9% and that of the observation group was 95.8%. The satisfaction rate of pregnant and lying-in women in the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of perinatal adverse events in the observation group was 8.3% and that of the control group was 25.5%. The incidence of perinatal adverse events in the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Immunological test in antenatal examination can help pregnant and lyingin women find out the risk factors affecting the safety of mother and infant, and reduce the incidence of perinatal adverse events. It is worthy of further discussion and wide application.
