摘要
知识资源共享是高等教育理论研究和实践发展的新课题。教育枢纽所在国(地区)对发展知识经济、扩大政治影响、重塑社会文化和提升高等教育质量的追求,推动教育枢纽成为当地知识资源共享发展的有效实践者。为实现共享成效,教育枢纽培育良好的共享环境,立足区域优势发挥独有共享价值,制定战略规划,多部门统筹推进知识资源共享,在实践中形成了独特的共享内涵、价值及体系。
Knowledge resources sharing is a new topic in the theoretical research and practical development of higher education. Education hub has become an effective practitioner of knowledge resources sharing and development in the country or area where it is located, for seeking to develop knowledge economy, expand political influence, remold social culture and improve the quality of higher education. In order to achieve the effect of knowledge sharing, education hub cultivates enabling environment, exerts its unique sharing value based on the local advantages, formulates strategic planning, and promotes the sharing of knowledge resources in a multisectoral way. In practice, education hub has formed a unique sharing connotation, value and system.
