微藻对中水深度处理的效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 微藻生物处理技术在污水深度处理中能有效地去除氮磷,收集来的微藻在能源、食品、医疗等方面具有很好的经济价值.本研究选用小球藻、栅藻、衣藻对枣庄学院污水厂中水进行深度处理,处理周期为11天,在25℃室温,自然光照培养条件下,测定小球藻、栅藻、衣藻的生长情况以及对氮磷的去除率.结果显示:小球藻对活性磷酸盐、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮的去除率分别为93%、65%、32%;栅藻对活性磷酸盐、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮的去除率分别为84%、22%、17%;衣藻对活性磷酸盐、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮的去除率分别为92.6%、30%、75%.三种微藻在中水中的生长情况良好,其中小球藻长势最优. Microalgae biological treatment technology can effectively remove nitrogen and phosphorus in advanced sewage treatment. The collected microalgae have good economic value in energy,food,medical treatment and so on. In this study,ordinary microalgae,chlamydomyces and Chlorella vulgaris were used for advanced treatment of water in Zaozhuang Unicersity Wastewater treatment Plant for 11 days. Under the condition of 25 ℃ room temperature and natural light culture,the growth of Chlorella vulgaris,Scenedesmus,chlamydomyces,and the removal rates of nitrogen and phosphorus were determined. The results showed that the removal rates of phosphate,ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen by Chlorella vulgari were 93%,65% and 32%,respectively,and the removal rates by Scenedesmus were 84%,22% and 17%,respectively,and it is 92.6%,30%,and 75% by chlamydomyces. The above three microalgae grows well in reclaimed water and Chlorella vulgaris is the best.
