摘要
小球藻的生长受到很多因素的影响,本文主要研究了容器厚度、培养基浓度、接种密度、不同钠浓度对其生长情况的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面分析,优化培养条件为:容器厚度13.18 cm、培养基浓度0.457Z、接种密度(OD550)0.467、不同钠浓度比0.9。在此条件下,小球藻培养所得细胞干重最大为8.439 g/L。
The growth of Chlorella is affected by many factors.This paper mainly studied the effects of container thickness,medium concentration,inoculation density and different sodium concentration on the growth of chlorella.On the basis of single-factor experiment,response surface analysis was used to optimize the conditions:container thickness 13.18cm,medium concentration 0.457Z,inoculation density(OD550)0.467,different sodium concentration ratio 0.9.Under the conditions,the maximum dry weight of Chlorella cells was 8.439 g/L.
