摘要
农田灌溉水有效利用系数被列为水资源管理制度最严格的"三条红线"考核指标之一,其对农田节水灌溉的发展具有重要意义,是各省(市)人民政府综合评价的重要依据。本项目以鄂西地区宜昌市为例,在对灌区用水现状进行调查、分析的基础上,综合考虑宜昌市地形地貌、土壤质地、作物种类、水源分布、灌区分类及气候等因素,选取12处典型灌区,基于首尾测算方法,分析研究宜昌市的农田灌溉水有效利用系数。结果为:宜昌市2018年农田灌溉水有效利用系数为0.5250。
The effective utilization coefficient of agricultural irrigation water is listed as the assessment indicator,which is one of the most stringent water resources management rules that are called the "Three Red Lines". The effective utilization coefficient has important significance on the development of agricultural water-saving irrigation, and is also an important basis for the comprehe nsive evaluation of the provincial(municipal) people’s governments. Based on the investigation and analysis of irrigation area water status in Yichang City, Western Hubei Province, and comprehensively considers the topography, soil texture,the distribution of water source, the classification of irrigation area, crop type and climate of Yichang City, 12 typical irrigation areas in Yichang were selected. The effective utilization coefficients of agriculture irrigation water in farmland in Yichang City were measured by the Head-end Measurement Method. The results as follows: The educated average effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water in Yichang City in 2018 was 0.5250.
