基于被动隔振平台的振动主动控制研究 被引量:7

摘要 通常机组设备工作所处可适应振动工况不尽相同,针对振动噪声敏感程度不同设备应采取不同减振设计方式,同时应考虑在同一被动减振平台设备之间存在振动相互干扰问题。本文针对已存在大型被动减振平台上对振动环境敏感型精密设备展开二级振动主动控制减振系统设计,提出一种在被动隔振平台基础上进行振动主动控制的减振方式。通过对控制算法的仿真研究,建立阻尼弹性减振平台系统模型仿真研究,及基于被动隔振平台的振动主动控制试验研究等,验证该减振方式能够实现有效减振。 Generally the units are in different working conditions,so different vibration reduction methods should be adopted for the equipment with different sensitivity.In this paper,a two-stage active vibration control system is designed for vibration sensitive precision instrument and equipment on the existing large passive shock absorber platform.This paper presents an active vibration control method based on passive vibration isolation platform.Through the simulation research on the control algorithm,the simulation study of establishing the elastic damping system model of the damping platform,and the experimental study of active control based on the passive vibration isolation platform,it is verified that this method can achieve effective vibration reduction.
