空气弹簧力学特性仿真分析

摘要 以380150J-1型空气弹簧为研究对象,基于橡胶超弹性非线性本构模型理论,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立空气弹簧垂向特性有限元模型,并计算其刚度特性和薄弱环节处的最大有效应力值,分析初始气压和帘线层参数对其变化规律的影响。研究结果表明:当帘线层参数不变时,空气弹簧的垂向静态刚度随着初始气压的增大而增大;当初始气压保持不变,以初始气压0.6MPa为例,帘线层参数中帘线角度对其弹性曲线有影响,而帘线层数和间距对其弹性特性影响较小;此外,由压缩阶段特性曲线可知,不同帘线层参数条件下空气弹簧的垂向静态刚度曲线均随着垂向位移载荷的增大而呈“先减小后增大”的趋势,在最大位移载荷处,其垂向静态刚度最大;此外,对比不同位移载荷下整体应力云图可以发现,空气弹簧薄弱环节处最大应力发生位置与初始气压、帘线层参数的无关,仅与空气弹簧的结构相关。 In the report,the 380150J-1 air spring as the research object,and the theory of rubber hyperelastic nonlinear constitutive model,ABAQUS software was used to construct the vertical element model of air spring and calculate its stiffness characteristic/maximum effective stress value at the weak link,and the effects of initial air pressure and the cord parameters on its changing rule were also analyzed.The results showed that when the parameters of the cord layer remain unchanged,the vertical static stiffness of the air spring increased with the increase of the initial air pressure;When it remained unchanged,the initial air pressure of 0.6MPa was used as an example in which the cord angle exerted an influence on the elastic curve of the air spring,while the number of cord layers and spacing imposed fewer influences on the elastic characteristics of the air spring.Beyond that,it could be seen from the characteristic curve of the compression stage that the vertical static stiffness curve of the air spring under the condition of different cord layer parameters indicated a trend of decreasing then increasing with the increase of the vertical displacement load,and the vertical static stiffness reached the largest at the maximum displacement load.Furthermore,comparing the overall stress cloud at different displacement loads,it could be found that the position of the maximum stress at the weak link of the air spring was independent of the initial air pressure and the cord layer parameters,and is only related to the structure of the air spring.
