摘要
金属橡胶在航空、航天以及现代工业等领域获得了广泛应用,其疲劳寿命对产品结构的可靠性有重要影响。本文对环形金属橡胶试件进行了4种振幅条件下的应变循环加载疲劳试验,研究了环形金属橡胶平均刚度和阻尼损耗系数力学性能的变化过程。结果表明:等幅循环应变下,金属橡胶疲劳过程可分成磨合和损伤两个阶段,磨合阶段平均刚度和阻尼损耗系数的分散性强于损伤阶段;平均刚度在磨合阶段增加10%~20%,在损伤阶段降低至初始刚度的70%;阻尼损耗系数在磨合阶段和损伤阶段持续降低至初始的60%~70%;振幅小于环形金属橡胶高度7.8%时,磨合阶段在疲劳周次中的占比显著下降。
Metal rubber has been widely used in various fields such as aerospace,national defense and modern industry,which fatigue life has an important impact on the reliability of product structures.In this paper,the strain cyclic loading fatigue test is carried out on the ring metal rubber specimen under four amplitude conditions,and the change process of the average stiffness and damping loss coefficient is studied.The results showed that the fatigue process of metal rubber can be divided into two stages under constant cyclic strain:running-in stage and damage stage,and the dispersion of average stiffness and damping loss coefficient in the running-in stage is stronger than that in the damage stage.The average stiffness increases by 10%~20%in the running-in stage,and decreases to 70%of the initial stiffness in the damage stage.The resistance loss coefficient decrease to 60%~70%of the initial value in the running-in stage and damage stage.When the amplitude is less than 7.8%of the height of ring metal rubber,the proportion of the running-in stage in fatigue cycles decreases significantly.
