摘要
目的:探讨全子宫切除术对患者性生活满意度影响的研究。方法:选择因宫体或宫颈疾患而行全子宫切除术的患者作为研究对象,并以问卷调查方式跟踪记录患者术前3个月及术后6个月、术后12个月性生活情况。其中性生活满意度调查采用中国女性性生活质量问卷和女性性功能指数(FSFI)问卷的内容进行调查。结果:100例患者量化调查显示,术前3个月及术后12个月的各项国际女性性功能评估量表评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);100例患者术前3个月的各项国际女性性功能评估量表评分均明显高于术后6个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);100例患者术后12个月的各项国际女性性功能评估量表评分均明显高于术后6个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:由于性生活满意度的调查涉及个人的隐私,因此目前临床对于全子宫切除术患者的性生活满意度的相关研究较少,且具有一定难度,但该研究具有独特意义,可以给予患者及其配偶对全子宫切除术的性生活满意度影响的正确认识,以有效消除其负面情绪,增加夫妻关系和谐,提高其生活质量,利于社会和谐。
Objective To study the effect of total hysterectomy on patients′ sexual life satisfaction.Method The patients who underwent hysterectomy due to uterine or cervical diseases in our hospital were selected as the subjects of study,the sexual life of the patients was tracked and recorded by questionnaires 3 months before operation,6 months after operation and 12 months after operation.Among them,the survey of sexual life satisfaction was conducted with the contents of the Chinese Women′s Sexual Quality Questionnaire and the Women′s Functional Index(FSFI) Questionnaire.Results The quantitative survey of 100 patients showed no significant difference in the scores of various female sexual function evaluation scales at 3 months before surgery and 12 months after surgery(P>0.05).The scores of all female sexual function evaluation scales at 3 months before surgery were significantly higher than that at 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).The scores of female sexual function evaluation scales at 12 months after operation were significantly higher than that at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Because of this kind of sexual satisfaction survey involving personal privacy,so the current clinical for patients with total hysterectomy less sexual satisfaction of related research,and has the certain difficulty,but it has a unique meaning,can give patients and their spouses for total hysterectomy affect the correct understanding of sexual satisfaction,effectively eliminate their negative emotion,increase the harmony of the relationship,improve their quality of life,conducive to social harmony.
