摘要
目的分析整体护理干预对宫颈癌前期病变及宫颈癌患者性生活质量和生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年3月—2017年3月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院收治的宫颈癌前期病变及宫颈癌患者103例,根据护理干预方法不同分为对照组51例和试验组52例。比较两组患者护理干预前和护理干预6个月后国际女性性功能评估量表(BISF-W)评分和护理干预后生活质量核心量表(QOL)评分。结果护理干预前,两组患者性欲望、性高潮、性满意度及性行为异常评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,试验组患者性欲望、性高潮、性满意度及性行为异常评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后,试验组患者躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能及物质生活评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预能有效提高宫颈癌前期病变及宫颈癌患者性生活质量及生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the quality of sexual life and quality of life of patients with cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. Methods A total of 103 patients with cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer were diagnosed in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,from March 2013 to March 2017. They were divided into control group( n = 51) and experimental group( n = 52) according to different nursing intervention methods. BISF-W score before and after nursing intervention and QOL score after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically difference in scores of sexual desire,orgasm,sexual satisfaction and abnormal sexual behavior between the two groups before nursing intervention( P > 0. 05); after nursing intervention,the scores of sexual desire,orgasm,sexual satisfaction and abnormal sexual behavior of test group were statistically higher than those of control group( P < 0. 05). After nursing intervention,the scores of physical function,social function,mental function and material life of experimental group were statistically higher than those of control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can effectively improve the the quality of sexual life and quality of life of patients with cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.
