摘要
目的研究子宫全切与次全切对女性性生活质量及盆底功能的影响。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2014年4月至2016年11月在我院进行子宫切除术治疗的80例患者,将其按照不同治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者实施子宫全切术治疗,观察组患者采用子宫次全切术治疗。对比两组行子宫切除术治疗患者的围术期指标、治疗后盆底功能以及性生活质量。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间及住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者盆底功能以及性生活质量均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论子宫次全切术在子宫疾病治疗中的效果较子宫全切术更为优越,适于在临床上推广使用。
Objective To study the effect of total hysterectomy and subtotal resection on female quality of sexual life and pelvic floor function. Methods Eighty cases of patients treated with hysterectomy in our hospital from April 2014 to Novem- ber 2016 were selected as study objects, which were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with total hysterectomy, while patients in the observation group were treated with subtotal hysterectomy. The perioperative indicators, pelvic floor function and quality of sexual life after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the pelvic floor function and quality of sextual life in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with total hysterectomy, the effect of subtotal hysterectomy applied in the treatment of uterine disease is more superior, which is suitable to be widely used in clinic.
