摘要
目的探讨丁苯酞注射液联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法随机抽取医院2017年4月至2018年4月收治的急性脑梗死患者80例,按治疗方式的不同分为对照组与试验组,各40例。对照组予丁苯酞注射液治疗,试验组予丁苯酞注射液联合醒脑静注射液治疗。结果试验组总有效率为95. 00%,显著高于对照组的77. 50%(P <0. 05);治疗后,试验组几丁质酶3样蛋白1(YKL-40)、脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABP)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、髓磷脂碱性蛋白(MBP)、血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率相当(7. 50%比5. 00%,P> 0. 05)。结论丁苯酞注射液联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,可有效降低YKL-40,FABP,MMP-9,MBP,Lp-PLA2,NSE水平,且不增加不良反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Butylphthalide Injection combined with Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected by random sampling. According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Butylphthalide Injection,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Butylphthalide Injection combined with Xingnaojing Injection. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95. 00%,which was significantly higher than 77. 50% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). After treatment,the levels of chitinase 3 - like protein 1 ( YKL - 40 ),fatty acid - binding protein ( FABP ),matrix metalloproteinase - 9 ( MMP - 9 ),myelin basic protein ( MBP ),lipoprotein - associated phospholipase A 2 ( Lp - PLA 2 ) and neuron - specific enolase ( NSE ) in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in the inci- dence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( 7. 50% vs. 5. 00%,P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Butylphthalide Injection combined with Xingnaojing Injection is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. It can effectively reduce the levels of YKL - 40,FABP, MMP - 9,MBP,Lp - PLA 2 and NSE without increasing adverse reactions.
