摘要
脑梗死是目前临床高发病率的疾病之一。脑梗死急性期是治疗的重点和关键,也是临床研究工作者近年来研究的重点。随着诊疗技术的不断提高,治疗方法有所创新,但总体突破不大。该文对脑梗死急性期治疗方法进行有序的整理和分类,对"时间窗"内溶栓、分类抗栓、神经保护剂、外科手术和其他疗法进行详细的分析,并对近年的临床研究进展予以简要综述。
Cerebral infarction is one of the diseases with very high incidence in clinical. Acute cerebral infarction is the key to treatment,and focus of the clinical research in recent years. With the continuous improvement of treatment techniques,innovative progress is seen,but hardly a breakthrough. Here is to sort and categorize the treatment methods for acute cerebral infarction,making an elaboration on the ″time window″ thrombolysis,antithrombotic classification,neuroprotective agents,surgery and other therapies,and make a brief summary on the clinical research progress in recent years.
