摘要
装备作战试验的中期作战评估是指在工程研制及性能试验阶段对装备的作战效能和作战适用性、体系适用性、在役适用性等进行预测和评估的活动。本文主要针对中期作战评估概念、作用、内容、流程等基本问题展开研究工作,首先阐述中期作战评估在装备全寿命周期中的作用,在仔细分析装备技术状态和数据类型的基础上,建立中期作战评估框架,为继续深入研究中期作战评估提供了理论基础。
The mid-term operational assessment is an activity that predicts and assesses the potential operational effectiveness and operational suitability,system suitability,and in-service suitability in the test and evaluation.This paper mainly focuses on the basic issues such as the concept,effect,content and process of OA in operational test.Firstly,the concept of OA is defined,and the role of OA in the equipment life cycle is elaborated,on the basis of careful analysis of technical status and data types,the operational assessment framework is established,which provides a theoretical basis for further in-depth study.
