摘要
构建了鱼雷攻击目标作战能力与作战效能之间的指标体系图,利用结构方程模型方法对两者间的相关性进行了分析,给出了潜艇攻击目标作战能力的评估方法和评估步骤,对于开展专项作战能力评估具有一定的借鉴价值。
The paper constructs an index system between operational capability and operational effectiveness of torpedo attacking targets, and the correlation between them was analyzed by structural equation modeling method. The method and procedure to evaluate the operational capability of submarine＇ s attacking targets is given, which has certain reference value for carrying out special operations capability evaluation.
