摘要
针对导弹武器装备作战能力的综合评估存在的问题,提出一种基于性能需求视角的评估方法。该方法从导弹武器作战使命出发,利用Do DAF建立导弹作战目标—作战活动—子能力—性能分解流程,得到底层性能需求指标体系,按照性能需求的类型定义了4种性能需求满足度函数,再根据需求间关系,自底向上聚合得到顶层能力需求的满足度函数,将其作为导弹武器作战能力评估的结果,最后通过一个实例说明该评估方法的具体步骤及可行性。分析结果表明:该方法可操作性强,能够反映导弹武器作战能力的大小。
Aiming at the problems existing in the comprehensive evaluation of the operational capability of the missile weapon equipment,the evaluation method based on the performance requirements is puts forward.This method is based on the mission of missile weapon,using DoDAF to establish missile target-operational activity-sub ability-capacity performance decomposition process in order to get the underlying demand performance index system,and the four requirements satisfaction function of four performance is defined according to the type of performance requirements,the satisfaction function of top level capacity requirements polymerization from bottom to top is take as results of missile weapon combat capability evaluation,finally an example is given to illustrate the feasibility of the evaluation method.The analysis results show that the method is feasible and can reflect the size of missile weapon combat capability.
