摘要
目的分析康莱特注射液在恶性肿瘤综合治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的134例恶性肿瘤患者,依据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组(63例,常规放化疗综合治疗)和试验组(71例,常规放化疗综合治疗+康莱特注射液)。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后3、9周,试验组的VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组的SAS评分显著高于试验组,对照组的GQOLI-74评分显著低于试验组(P<0.05)。出院后1年内,试验组的肿瘤转移率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康莱特注射液在恶性肿瘤综合治疗中的应用效果显著,可改善肿瘤控制效果,缓解患者负性情绪并提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of Kanglaite injection in comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors. Methods A total of 134 patients with malignant tumors in our hospital were divided into control group(63 cases,routine radiotherapy and chemotherapy comprehensive treatment) and experimental group(71 cases, routine radiotherapy and chemotherapy comprehensive treatment + Kanglaite injection) according to different treatment methods. The clinical effects of treatment in the two groups were compared. Results At 3 and 9 weeks after treatment, the VAS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the SAS score in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group, and the GQOLI-74 score in the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group(P<0.05). Within one year after discharge, the metastasis rate of tumors in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Kanglaite injection in comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors has a significant application effect, which can improve the effect of cancer control, alleviate patients’ negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
