摘要
目的:探究在治疗过程中恶性肿瘤晚期患者的疼痛状况以及有针对性地提出护理对策。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年2月本院收治的恶性肿瘤晚期患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组则在对照组的基础上有针对性地制定护理方案加以护理,观察比较两组护理前后的疼痛评分以及护理满意度情况。结果:护理后,观察组的疼痛评分为(3.29±0.25)分,明显低于对照组的(5.64±0.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的护理满意度为80.0%明显低于观察组的93.3%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.615,P=0.032)。结论:在恶性肿瘤晚期患者中,不可避免的就是患者机体的疼痛情况,针对恶性肿瘤晚期患者的疼痛状况给予相应的护理措施干预,临床效果十分显著,即可以有效地降低患者的疼痛情况,提高患者的生活质量以及改善患者的心理健康。
Objective:To explore the pain status of patients with advanced malignant tumors in the course of treatment and put forward nursing countermeasures.Method:A total of 120 patients with advanced malignant tumors admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given targeted nursing program on the basis of the control group.The pain scores before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After nursing,the pain score of the observation group was(3.29±0.25)score,which was significantly lower than(5.64±0.45)score of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 80.0%,which was significantly lower than 93.3%of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(x^2=4.615,P=0.032).Conclusion:In patients with advanced malignant tumors,it is inevitable that the patient’s body pain situation.The appropriate nursing interventions for patients with advanced malignant tumors has very significant clinical effect,can effectively reduce the patient's pain situation,improve the quality of life and improve mental health of patients.
