摘要
目的:通过护理干预来降低产妇静脉留置针的堵管率与脱管率。方法:选取2017年6-9月笔者所在医院产房分娩过程中使用静脉留置针的产妇200例,依据分娩时间分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采取留置针常规的护理及相关健康宣教,观察组实施系统护理措施干预,对比两组产妇静脉留置针的堵管率与脱管率。结果:观察组产妇的堵管率与脱管率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施系统护理干预,明显降低了产妇静脉留置针的堵管率与脱管率,确保输液通畅,降低产妇痛苦,安全有效。
Objective:To reduce the rates of maternity venous indwelling needle’s blocking or falling off the blood vessels.Method:200 cases of puerperae who used venous indwelling needles during the delivery in the hospital from June to September 2017 were divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,according to the time of delivery,100 cases in each group.In the control group,intravenous indwelling needles were adopted with the routine nursing and related health education,while in the observation group,the systematic nursing interventions were implemented when using the intravenous indwelling needles.The blocking rate and the falling off rate of the two groups were compared with each other.Result:The blocking rate and the falling off rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The systematic nursing intervention significantly reduces the blocking rate and the falling rate of the intravenous indwelling needle,so as to ensure the smooth flow of infusion,reduce the pain of the puerperae,and be safe and effective.
