啤酒大麦新品种蒙啤麦5号的选育及栽培技术 被引量:6

摘要 蒙啤麦5号(原代号10 pj-19)是采用有性杂交、系统选育的春性二棱啤用型中熟大麦新品种,2019年4月申请非主要农作物品种登记。该品种经过品系鉴定、品系比较、区域试验及生产示范,均表现高产、稳产、优质、抗旱、抗病、抗倒伏及酿造品质优良等特性。该品种生育期74~99 d,株高78~120 cm,主穗粒数19~22粒,千粒质量43~57 g,籽粒蛋白质含量13.6%;轻感条纹病、黑穗病,中抗根腐病,抗倒性中等,适宜在我国内蒙古自治区及邻近省份春季种植。 ’Mengpimai 5’,whose original code was 10 pj-19,is a new type of two-rowed spring malting barley with medium maturity.It was generated by sexual hybridization and systematic breeding,and the application for its registration as a non-major crop variety was submitted in April 2019.Its yielding ability and agronomic traits were assessed in a series of field trials comprising line-assessment trial,line-comparison trial,regional trial,and production demonstration.As a result,this variety showed a high-yielding ability and yield stability,high grain quality,drought tolerance,disease resistance,lodging resistance,and excellent brewing quality of grain and malt.It had the growth period of 74 ~99 days,the plant height of 78 ~120 cm,the grain number of the main spike of 19 ~22,the1000-grain weight of 43~57 g,and the grain protein content of 13.6%.On the other hand,’Mengpimai 5’ was lightly susceptible to Helminthosporium gramineum and head smut,while it had moderate resistance to root rot and moderate lodging resistance.This variety is suitable for spring planting in Inner Mongolia autonomous region and neighboring provinces.
