摘要 幼儿的发展与教师能力息息相关,对幼儿教师能力的评价是帮助管理者监测教师能力、促进教师自身发展、提升幼儿园教育质量的有效支持。文章基于情境判断测验的理论分析与已有实践探索,尝试探讨将情境访谈运用于幼儿教师能力评价的价值,并分析情境访谈运用于幼儿教师评价领域所面临的挑战,以期丰富幼儿教师能力评价的有效模式。
