摘要
情绪智力是当今心理学研究中一个重要的新兴领域。使用不同的测量方法可能会测量到不同的情绪智力结构,甚至可能得到完全不同的结果,因此在情绪智力研究中能否运用恰当的研究方法和科学的测量手段就显得尤为重要。本文对情绪智力的客观测量方法及其代表性测量手段进行了介绍,以期对今后情绪智力的研究有所帮助。
Emotion intelligence is an important and new field of present psychological research. Different measurement methods may incur different results, even completely different results. So it＇s very important that using appropriate research methods and scientific measurements in emotional intelligence researches. In this paper, objective measurement methods of emotional intelligence and their typical measurement were introduced. The writer hopes this paper would be helpful for the future researches of emotional intelligence.
