淋球菌耐药性检测方法及应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着淋病奈瑟球菌(淋球菌)耐药性的不断增加,难以治愈的多重耐药淋球菌感染已成为严重的公共卫生问题之一。耐药性检测对指导临床合理用药、探讨耐药机制、监测耐药性淋球菌的播散均有重大意义。此文通过综述琼脂稀释法、纸片扩散法(K-B法)、E-test法、微量稀释法以及核酸扩增试验(NAAT)在淋球菌耐药性检测方面的应用进展,促进有效地选择合适的检测方法,以期为淋球菌耐药监测的发展提供思路。 The incurable multi-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoea has become one of the serious public health problems with the increasing resistance of Neisseria gonorrhoea.Antibiotic susceptibility testing (AST) is of great importance for guiding clinical treatment,exploring resistance mechanisms,and monitoring the spread of multiresistant Neisseria gonorrhoea.In this paper,the application progresses of agar dilution method,K-B method,E-test method,microdilution method and nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT) in the detection of resistant Neisseria gonorrhoea are reviewed,so as to promote the effctive selection of appropriate methods to detect the resistant Neisseria gonorrhoea and provide new ideas for the development of gonococcal antimicrobial surveillance programme (GASP).
