200株淋球菌对7种抗生素的耐药性情况分析

Analysis of drug resistance in 200 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to 7 antibiotics

摘要 目的分析200株淋球菌分离菌株对7种抗生素的体外最低抑菌浓度(MIC).质粒介导高度耐四环素淋球菌(TUNG)及产β-内酰胺酶淋球菌(PPNG)等情况,方法对200株淋球菌行青霉素.头孢曲松.头孢克肟.四环素.阿奇霉素、环丙沙星和大观霉素共7种抗生素MIC检测,纸片碘量法检测P-内酰胺酶,分析淋球菌抗菌活性和TRNG,PPNG菌株检出及多重耐药情况,结果所有菌株对环丙沙星、青霉素、四环素和阿奇霉素的耐药率分别为99.50%、91.50%、91.00%和17.50%;头孢曲松、头孢克肟和大观霉素敏感率分别为95.00%、 92.50%和100.00%。TRNG占比38.00%,PPNG占比45.50%,多重耐药菌株占比75.00%,结论200株淋球菌对头孢曲松、头孢克肟和大观霉素的敏感性较高,对环丙沙星、青霉素和四环素的耐药情况严重,持续性进行淋球菌耐药情况监测有助于指导医师制定合理的抗菌方案。 objective The in vitro minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).plasmid mediated highly tetraryreline resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae(TRNG)andβ-Laclamase Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG)of 200 srains of Neisseria gnorrhoeae were analyzed.Methods The MIC of peilinifiriae.efiei.e.ereree.eztomenciprofloxacin and spetinomyein were deted and paper iodometry for detectionβ-Lactamase,where the antibacterial activity of Neisseria gonrrhoeae,the detection of TRNG and PPNG strains and multi-drug resistance were analyzed.Results The resistance rate of all strains to iprofloxacin.enililinitetraeyeline and azithromycin were 99.50%,91.50%,91.00%and 17.50%,respectively.The sensitivity rates of ceftriaxone,cefixime and spectinomyein were 95.00%.92.50%and 100.00%.espectively.TRNG accounted for 38.00%,PPNG accounted for 45.50%,and multidrug resistant strains accounted for 75.00%.Cone lus ion 200 strains of Neisseria gonorthoeae are highly sensitive to cefriaxone,cefixime and spetinomyein,and the drug resistance to ciprofloxacin.penicillin and tetracyeline is serious.Continuous monitoring of Neisseria gonorrhoeae drug resistance is helpful to guide the formulation of a reasonable antibacterial scheme.
