摘要
基于社会交换理论和情绪信息决策理论,对691位员工进行问卷调查,探究健康促进型领导、职场孤独感、工作绩效和离职意向的内在作用关系。结果表明健康促进型领导正向影响员工工作绩效;健康促进型领导负向影响员工离职意向;职场孤独感在健康促进型领导对员工工作绩效和离职意向的关系中发挥部分中介作用。
Based on the social exchange theory and emotional information decision making theory,questionnaires covered 691 subordinates, this paper explores the effect relationships among health-promotion leadership, workplace loneliness, job performance and turnover intention.The results show that: health-promotion leadership is positively correlated with job performance;but negatively correlated with turnover intention;workplace loneliness plays a mediating role in the relationship between health-promoting leadership on job performance and turnover intention.
