摘要 近年来中国高度重视新能源发展,陆续出台相关激励政策,大力推动新能源发展。但是目前电网配套的基础设施及负荷管理水平无法适应新能源的飞速发展,并且缺乏规范的运行管理机制引导新能源有序发展。文章在分析新能源发展现状及其影响的基础上,针对新能源消纳矛盾突出,建立新能源消纳预警机制缓解消纳压力;同时考虑到大规模分布式能源接入电力系统对电网安全性造成的冲击,建立完善的新能源消纳考核管理机制,以确保电网的安全稳定运行。 In recent years, China has attached great importance to the development of new energy, and has successively introduced relevant incentive policies to vigorously promote the development of new energy. However, the current infrastructure and load management level of the power grid cannot adapt to the rapid development of new energy, and there lacks a standardized operation management mechanism to guide the orderly development of new energy.On the basis of analyzing the status quo and impact of new energy development,the article focuses on the contradiction of new energy consumption and establishes an early warning mechanism to ease the pressure of new energy consumption. Meanwhile, it considers the impact on safety of power system by access of large-scale distributed energy and establishes a sound new energy consumption assessment management mechanism to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
