摘要 由于光伏功率的出力受到多种因素的影响,且气象因素的变化频率较快,故光伏功率存在波动性较大、间歇性强的特点。为了减小光伏功率波动对电网运行状态的影响,采用最速跟踪微分器(TD)算法进行平滑。同时为了缓解由于储能连续充放电导致的储能电量位于极限荷电状态(SOC)的情况,提出了一种短时间尺度的功率波动描述方法,并根据功率预测结果提出了一种考虑功率预测的功率平滑策略,进一步修正功率平滑结果。实验结果证明该策略能够明显改善平滑过程中储能的SOC,且在工程中容易实施,有较好的工程意义。 The output of photovoltaic power is affected by many factors and the varying frequency of meteorological factors is fast.So the photovoltaic power has the characteristics of large fluctuation and strong intermittence.In order to alleviate influence of photovoltaic power fluctuation on the operation state of power grid,tracking differentiator(TD)algorithm is used for smoothing.At the same time,in order to alleviate the situation that the energy storage reaching the limit state of charge(SOC)due to the continuous charge and discharge.A short-time scale power fluctuation description method is proposed.Based on the method,a power smoothing strategy considering power prediction is proposed.Furthermore,this strategy modifies the power smoothing result based on the power prediction value.Experimental results show that this strategy can improve the SOC of energy storage in the smoothing process and is easy to implement in engineering.Thus it has good engineering significance.
