摘要
提出一种通过融合3种故障特征量来进行配电网单点故障测距定位的新方法。根据故障区段和故障类型的不同,建立对应的故障距离函数并把预先求得的故障特征量权重系数存入数据库。当故障发生时,通过母线监测点测量数据计算出电压暂降、相位跳变和功率因数角的具体数值,代入相关的函数中计算出测距结果。在IEEE14节点配电网进行仿真验证,仿真结果证明了该方法的准确性和有效性。
A new method for single-point fault location in distribution network by fusing three fault characteristic quantities is proposed. According to the different fault sections and fault types, the corresponding fault distance function is established and the weight coefficients of the pre-determined fault characteristic quantity are stored in the database. When the fault occurs, the specific values of voltage sag, phase jump and power factor angle are calculated from the measured data of bus monitoring points, and the ranging results are calculated by substituting the relevant functions. The proposed method is verified by simulation in the distribution network with 14 nodes of IEEE. The simulation results prove the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method.
