摘要 该文提出一种利用“功率因数角突变量”快速判断与控制节点相联线路短路故障的方法。大型电力系统中,紧急控制所需采集的信息量多,对控制速度要求高,因此准确迅速地判定故障位置非常重要。具有多条出线的电网节点仅取用就地信息,通过以“鉴幅鉴相特性突变”为判据,来判断短路故障线路。且不需要远端信息,独立性强。经PSASP仿真结果表明,本方法简单可靠,判断迅速,准确有效。 In this paper, a new method is applied to ascertain the fault line by using “the jump of angle of power factor”. In large-scale power systems, emergency control needs lot's of information, the operation of controlling must be fast, it is very important to ascertain the fault location immediately and accurately. At the multi-line bus of power systems, we can ascertain the fault line by using “the jump of magnitude and power factor” as judgment. It needn't remote signals and is very independent. The simulation results show that this methods simple and reliable, to ascertain fault line quickly accurately and effectively.
