高频超声诊断在人体大运动后颈部肌肉骨骼损伤中的应用价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的 探讨高频超声诊断在人体大运动后颈部肌肉骨骼损伤中的应用价值。方法 选取60例大运动后出现颈部肌肉骨骼损伤患者,分别先后进行高频超声诊断、CT诊断,比较两种诊断技术的效果及医师对诊断技术的认可情况。结果 在肌肉损伤、骨骼损伤、神经损伤诊断准确率方面,高频超声诊断高于CT诊断,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05),但血管损伤、肌肉感染诊断与CT诊断差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。在实用性、精确性评分方面,高频超声诊断高于CT诊断,差异有统计学意义( P < 0.05),但经济性、安全性评分与CT诊断差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。结论 大运动后颈部肌肉骨骼损伤的诊断中,采用高频超声诊断效果良好,准确性和安全性较高。 Objective To investigate the application value of high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis in patients with cervical musculoskeletal injury after physical exercise. Methods Totally 60 patients with cervical musculoskeletal injury after physical exercise were conducted with high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis and CT diagnosis successively. Efficiency of the two diagnosis methods and acceptance rate of physicians to diagnosis technology were compared. Results In terms of diagnostic muscle injury, skeletal injury and nerve injury, the high-frequency ultrasound was significantly higher than that of CT diagnosis ( P <0.05), but there were no significant differences in the accuracy in vascular injury and muscle infection between high-frequency ultrasound and CT ( P >0.05). In terms of practicability and accuracy, high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis was significantly higher than CT diagnosis ( P <0.05), but there were no significant differences in economy and safety score between high-frequency ultrasound and CT diagnosis ( P >0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of cervical musculoskeletal injury after physical exercise, high-frequency ultrasonography is effective, accurate and safe.
