摘要
目的:观察温阳活血益气汤联合电针治疗运动后神经肌肉损伤临床疗效。方法:选取91例运动后神经肌肉损伤患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组45例及观察组46例,对照组给予常规康复治疗以及口服维生素B1,观察组在对照组基础上采取温阳活血益气汤联合电针治疗。2组均治疗1个月。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医症状积分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的变化,比较2组肌力恢复优良率。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为95.65%,对照组为82.22%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医症状积分均较治疗前下降,观察组中医症状积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肌力恢复优良率为78.26%,对照组肌力恢复优良率为51.11%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前下降,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳活血益气汤联合电针可缓解运动后神经肌肉损伤患者的临床症状,缓解疼痛,促进肌力恢复,提升康复效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Huoxue Yiqi tang combined with electroacupuncture for post-exercise neuromuscular injury.Methods:A total of 91 cases of patients with post-exercise neuromuscular injury were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 and 46 cases in each group respectively.The control group was given routine rehabilitation therapy and oral administration of vitamin B1,and the observation group was additionally treated with Wenyang Huoxue Yiqi tang combined with electroacupuncture based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for one month.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared;the changes of Chinese medicine symptom scores and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment in the two groups were compared;the superior rates of muscle strength recovery in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical effect was 95.65%in the observation group and 82.22%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine symptom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the Chinese medicine symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The superior rate of muscle strength recovery was 78.26%in the observation group and 51.11%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Wenyang Huoxue Yiqi tang combined with electroacupuncture for patients with post-exercise neuromuscular injury can relieve their clinical symptoms,alleviate pain,promote the recovery of muscle strength and improve the rehabilitation effect.
