摘要 针对汽车主减速器零/部件种类繁多、装配过程复杂等问题,以UG和3DS Max作为系统模型准备,以Unity和Microsoft Visual Studio作为系统开发环境,利用增强现实设备Holo Lens丰富的人机交互手段,实现了一套包括自动装配和手动装配2种模式的虚拟装配系统,虚拟再现了主减速器的装配流程和装配路径,为用户提供了直观的现场感和全新的产品设计模式。测试表明:该系统具有良好的沉浸性和交互性,有效地提高了产品的装配质量和设计效率,实际应用效果显著。 For there were a wide variety of parts and complex assembly process of automobile main reducer,a virtual assembly system including automatic assembly and manual assembly was realized ultimately,which was supported by UG and 3DS Max as system model preparation and Unity and Microsoft Visual Studio as system development environment and utilizing the rich human-computer interaction means of augmented reality device--HoloLens.The system made assembly process and assembly path visible in virtual environment and provided the direct sense of site and a new product design mode for users.The test showed that the virtual assembly system has good immersion and interaction performances,improves assembly quality and design efficiency of product effectively.And the practical effect is remarkable.
