摘要
针对传统装配过程中所参考的技术性文件较少,三维虚拟装配表达的技术性指标不清晰以及装配拆卸过程中拆卸工具库不完善等问题,提出一种基于专家系统的智能装配及工具库拆卸拾取技术。首先通过分析零部件的所有装配信息素,建立装配工艺专家系统;根据研究人员所需技术步骤生成装配工艺技术性文件;其次根据专家系统产生的技术性文件,运用三维CAD二次开发技术实现智能装配实体,并在智能装配实体上添加具有拆卸的工具库,看成一个完整的装配体;然后通过动画仿真模拟工具拆卸装配体。结合齿轮泵装配实例,验证该技术的可行性,缩短装配周期,提高装配效率。
This paper presents an technology based on expert system intelligent assembly and tool demolition and pickup in connection with the problems of lacking technical documents for the traditional assembly process, unclear technical indicators of 3D virtual assembly and imperfect dis-assembly tool library during assembly and dis-assembly process etc. Firstly, by analyzing all the assemble pheromone of parts to establish assembly process expert system; according to the technical steps required by the researchers to generate assembly process technical documents. Secondly, it implements intelligent assembly entities ac- cording to technical documents generated by expert system and using three-dimensional CAD secondary development technology. And it adds a tool library with a dis-assembly function on the intelligent assembly entity, regarding it as a complete assembly. And then removes the assembly by an animation simulation tool. It verifies the feasibility of the technology combined with gear pump assembly example to short- en the assembly cycle and improve assembly efficiency.
