摘要
伴随着我国汽车保有量的快速增长,报废汽车数量也在逐年迅速增多,回收报废汽车对于城市环境的治理和社会经济的发展具有重大的意义。本文以辽宁省沈阳市为例,通过调查报废汽车的回收现状,发现报废汽车回收过程中存在回收网点少、报废手续繁琐、拆解环境差及资源利用率低等技术和政策方面的问题,对问题进行逐一分析并提出通过完善回收政策和回收体系,加强政策引导的解决对策。
With the rapid growth of my country's car ownership,the number of scrapped cars is also increasing year by year.The recycling of scrapped cars is of great signif icance to the governance of the urban environment and the development of social economy.Taking Shenyang City,Liaoning Province as an example,this article investigates the recycling status of scrapped cars and found that there are technical and policy problems in the recycling process of scrapped cars,such as fewer recycling outlets,cumbersome scrap procedures,poor dismantling environment,and low resource utilization.Analyze the problems one by one and propose solutions through improving the recycling policy and recycling system,and strengthening policy guidance.
