摘要
为解决老年人因身体机能减退所面临的现实服药问题,开发了一种针对老年群体居家专用的多功能智能药盒。通过调研分析老年人常用药品种类及规格,构建适用于不同形态中西药品储备的药盘造型;利用单片机开发电机启停配合控制程序;通过定时驱动药盘45°转角实现药品种类自动切换,采用曲柄滑块周期运动精准控制服药剂量;同时辅以语音播报提醒、屏显药品信息、药盘自动复位等智能操作。药盒样机功能多样、造型美观、智能化高、实用性强,可同时兼容胶囊、片剂、丸剂等多种中西药剂型,一次储药能够满足老年人7~10天服药用量需求。可有效防止老年人因视听、健忘及行动不便等所引发的忘服、错服、漏服药品,有助于老年人的居家生活和健康保障,具有较强的实用推广价值。
In this article,a home-based multi-functional intelligent medicine box for senior citizens is designed,in order to help them overcome the difficulty in taking medicine due to hypofunction. Based on a series of investigation of the types and specifications of those commonly-used drugs for senior citizens,the shape of medicine tray suitable for different forms of Chinese and Western medicine storage is constructed. The start-up-and-stop coordination control program of the motor is developed by means of the single-chip microcomputer. The automatic switching of medicine types is realized through the tray’s timing-driven 45° angle,and the dosage of drugs is accurately controlled through periodic movement of the crank slider. At the same time,intelligent operations such as voice-broadcasting reminder,medicine information on the screen and automatic reset of the tray are supplemented.The prototype of the medicine box has various functions,beautiful appearance,high intelligence and strong practicability,and it is compatible with various Chinese and Western medicine types,such as capsules,tablets,pills and so on. One-time medicine storage meets the needs of senior citizens for 7 ~ 10 days. Besides,the box effectively prevents senior citizens from forgetting,mistaking and missing drugs caused by their audio-visual obstacles,forgetfulness and mobility inconvenience. The research is not only conducive to senior citizens’ daily life and health,but also practical and ready to be promoted.
