摘要
构建职业教育"立交桥"是推动终身教育体系建设的重要纽带和"突破口"。在终身教育视域下,职业教育"立交桥"的基本架构应由"一个目标、两条干线、三种要素"组成,其中"三种要素"指不同本质内涵教育形态、不同类别学习成果和不同理念学习方式。为推进职业教育"立交桥"的构建,从而为搭建完备的终身教育体系提供有力支撑,应以资历架构体系为支柱,促进不同本质内涵的职业教育间的沟通;以个人学习积分卡制度为基石,推进不同类别学习成果的职业教育间的互认;以混合式学习方式为阶梯,促进不同理念学习方式的职业教育间的融合。
The construction of vocational education "overpass" is an important link and "breakthrough" to promote the construction of lifelong education system. The basic structure of vocational education "overpass" in the perspective of lifelong education should be composed of "one goal, two trunks, three elements", among which "three elements" is that different essential connotation education forms, different types of learning outcomes and different ways of learning. In order to promote the construction of the vocational education "overpass", and to provide a strong support for building a complete lifelong education system, it is necessary to use the qualification framework system as the pillar to promote communication between vocational education with different essential connotations;use the individual learning scorecard system as the cornerstone to promote mutual recognition among vocational education of different types of learning outcomes;use a hybrid learning approach as a ladder to facilitate the integration of vocational education with different concept learning methods.
