摘要
《纲要》明确提出"要加快发展继续教育,搭建终身学习立交桥"的战略任务,这对于开放大学的建设者无疑是一个全新的命题。本文从生态学视角描述了立交桥的架构和多元性特征,明确了开放大学在立交桥建设中的地位与作用,阐述了开放大学在终身学习立交桥建设中适应外部环境选择适宜生态位,抢抓机遇优化内部环境,整合教育资源实现与外部环境联通的建设性观点。
In the National education reform and development of long-term planning programs,a tactic task come up for developing continue education quickly and constructing life long learning flyover overpass.Clearly that is a new proposition that erectors of the Open University in China are facing.Stop at the ecological angle of view,this paper alone expounds some viewpoint,it describing frame of life long learning flyover overpass and more element character,It nails down status and action of the Open University in China to construct life long learning flyover overpass.For the sake of to adapt exterior environment for constructing life long learning flyover overpass,we shall choice in order ecological niche for constructing the Open University in China,we shall grasp good opportunity and optimize inner environment,we shall conform educational resource,in order to link exterior environment yet.
