摘要
为了能够实现水产品的无水保活运输,本试验采用食用酒精作为休眠诱导剂,通过单因素和正交试验,以无水保活时间作为考核指标,研究了酒精浓度、诱导休眠介质溶液温度、无水保活温度3个因素不同水平对鲫鱼存活时间的影响,从而得出鲫鱼无水保活技术的最佳条件。结果表明,在食用酒精浓度2%、诱导休眠介质溶液温度10℃、无水保活温度5℃的条件下具有较好的保活效果,鲫鱼的无水保活时间达58h,且放回水中30min内鲫鱼即可恢复正常状态。
In order to reach the goal of water-free conservation transport of aquatic products,this experiment used edible alcohol as a dormant inducer and water-free keep-alive time as an assessment index through single factor and orthogonal test,studied the effects of different concentrations of alcohol concentration,temperature of induced dormant medium solution and water-free keep-alive temperature on the survival time of carp.At last,the optimal conditions for the water-free keep-alive technique of carp were obtained.Results showed that the consumption of alcohol concentration 2%,induced dormancy solution temperature 10 ℃,the absence of water conservation work temperature 5 ℃ had good effect for carp to keep alive.The carp’s water-free keep-alive time was 58 h,and the carp could return to normal within 30 min after being returned to the water.
