摘要
在顾客满意指数(ACSI)模型的基础上构建实验教学期望、实验教学质量感知、实验教学价值感知以及实验教学满意度五个潜变量,建立满意度SEM模型,利用AMOS对学生、教师以及用人单位三方满意度的调查数据进行模型验证分析。研究结果验证了模型的适用性以及模型中潜变量之间的相互关系,根据分析结果提出,在短时间内无法快速大幅提升学校和专业形象的现实状况下,提升工程管理专业实验教学满意度的核心在于提升实验教学的质量感知,而这又取决于实验教学质量的提升。而提升实验教学质量关键在于优化实验教学内容,建立精品案例库,建立教师——学生——计算机三方互动的教学模式,实现开放式实验等。
This paper constructs five potential variables,such as experimental teaching expectation,experimental teaching quality perception,experimental teaching value perception and experimental teaching satisfaction,establishing the SEM satisfaction model,and using the AMOS model and the survey data of the satisfaction of the students,teachers and the employer to test and analyze.The results mean:The core of improving the satisfaction of experimental teaching in engineering management is to improve the quality perception of experimental teaching,which in turn depends on the improvement of experimental teaching quality.And the key to improving the quality of experimental teaching is to optimize the content of experimental teaching,to establish a case database,to establish a teacher-student-computer interactive teaching model,to achieve open experiments.
