摘要
目的探讨大专护生时间管理倾向对在线学习投入和深度学习的调节作用。方法采用便利抽样法,于2021年6月-11月选取江苏省某大专院校241名在校大专护生作为研究对象,使用一般情况调查表、在线深度学习量表、在线学习投入量表和时间管理倾向量表对其进行调查。结果大专护生在线深度学习得分为(90.35±10.35)分,在线学习投入得分为(57.26±4.82)分,时间管理倾向得分为(146.49±28.99)分。大专护生在线学习投入、时间管理倾向与深度学习之间均呈正相关(r=0.372,P<0.001;r=0.323,P<0.001),调节效应检验显示,时间管理倾向与在线学习投入的交互项对在线学习深度具有显著预测作用(β=0.253,P=0.017),表明时间管理倾向对在线学习投入和深度学习具有调节效应,调节效应边界值为120分。结论大专护生在线学习投入对在线深度学习产生较大的影响,时间管理倾向在二者之间存在调节效应,大专护生较高的时间管理倾向能够提升学习投入对深度学习的作用,进而促进其深度学习效果。
Objective To explore the time management disposition on online learning engagement and deep learning of junior college nursing students.Methods Totally 241 nursing students studying in a junior college between June and November 2021 were selected by the convenience sampling method.Then they were surveyed using the general information questionnaire,the online deep learning scale(OLDLS),the online learning engagement scale(OLES)and the adolescent time management disposition scale(ATMD).Results The scores of OLDLS,OLES and ATMD were 90.35±10.35,57.26±4.82 and 146.49±28.99,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the OLDLS and ATMD scores were positively correlated to the OLES score(r=0.372,P<0.001;r=0.323,P<0.001).The interaction between OLDLS and ATMD scores significantly predicted OLES score(β=0.253,P=0.017),therefore,the time management disposition had a moderating effect on the online learning engagement and deep learning,with a boundary value of regulatory effect being 120.Conclusion The online learning investment of junior college nursing students has a great influence on online deep learning,and the time management tendency has a moderating effect between them.Higher time management disposition can exaggerate the effect of online learning input on deep learning,and further promote the latter.
