摘要
本研究对武汉市某高校参加开放实训的245名护理本科生学习投入情况进行调查。结果表明,其学习投入处于中等偏下水平;自主学习能力、感知教师支持和职业认同与学习投入呈显著的正相关性;其中自主学习能力和职业认同是影响学习投入的主要因素。因此,为提高护理本科生的学习投入水平,可以从自主学习能力的培养和职业认同的引导两个方面提出针对性的提升策略。
This study investigates the learning engagement of 245 nursing undergraduate students who are participating in open practice training at a university in Wuhan.The results indicate that their learning engagement is at a slightly below average level;There is a significant positive correlation between self-learning ability,perceived teacher support,and professional identity with learning engagement;The ability to learn independently and professional identity are the main factors affecting learning engagement.Therefore,in order to improve the learning engagement level of nursing undergraduate students,targeted improvement strategies can be proposed from two aspects:cultivating self-learning ability and guiding professional identity.
